PURPOSE:To verify a misoperation and a foul act and to realize the quickness and labor saving of an inspection work by collating a key input with an OCR recognition data, and executing the correction of a visual verification of a key input and an image read data corresponding only to that of dissidence. CONSTITUTION:A collating part 8 collates automatically a key input from a keyboard 2 with a recognition result by an OCR. In case when the result of collation coincide, it is stored in the inspected file 10 of a file 9, and on the other hand, in case of dissidence, it is stored in an uninspected file 11. As for a data of dissidence, the key input, the OCR recognition and the various data of an image are taken in charge as a pair and thereafter, the visual confirmation of the key input and the image data is executed. In this way, an operator's correction becomes impossible and also by collating automatically the recognition result of an OCR reader with operator's key input contents, the subsequent inspection of the contents can be made unnecessary and the exactness and quicknes are improved. |
