There are described novel n-alkyl-2,6-dimethylmorpholinocarboxylic ester salts and n-alkyl-2,6-dimethylmorpholinoalkyl phenyl ether salts of the formula I <IMAGE> in which A represents the group <IMAGE> in which R<1> is alkyl having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, R<2> is alkylene having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R<3> is alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, substituted cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, aryl-lower-alkyl, substituted aryl-lower-alkyl, Z is oxygen or sulphur, R<4>, R<5> and R<6> independently of one another are identical or different radicals from the series comprising hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, acyl, halogen, haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl-lower-alkyl, aryl, nitro, cyano, thiocyanato, NHCOR', COOR' and/or CONR'R'', and X<-> is the anion of an acid, their preparation, and their use as fungicides for controlling fungal pathogens in agriculture and in horticulture. These compounds additionally also have plant-growth- regulating properties. |
