PURPOSE:To obtain an operating device for excecuting an appropriate guidance corresponding to a user who is in front of the operating device, by detecting a user's recognition signal transmitted from a recognition medium such as a magnetic card which he bears, etc., when an operator has come in front of the device. CONSTITUTION:When a user who bears a magnetic card 11 approaches a cash automatic transacting device 7, a human body detecting part 5 detects it and informs it to a control part 6. By an instruction of a control part 10 of the magnetic card 11, a recognizing signal 12 is transmitted from a user recognizing signal generating part 9. The device 7 recognizes this recognizing signal 8 by a user recognizing part 4, and a user recognizing signal is informed to the control part 6. The control part 6 detects a human body, and also outputs an appropriate guidance corresponding to the user to a guidance 2, based on the user recognizing signal. The card 11 is inserted into a magnetic card part 1, and the card part 1 reads the data, and informs it to the control part 6. The control part 6 executes a guidance of the next operation to the user, and a transaction is executed by an operation data from an operating part 3. |
