The invention concerns a cutting and bending head for the terminating wires of electronic components in an assembly device for printed-circuit boards. The head is held under a printed-circuit board receiving device so that it can be lifted, and has a rotary table, on which one cutting and bending unit is undisplaceably fitted, and a further cutting and bending unit is longitudinally displaceably fitted. To form such a cutting and bending head so that the requirement for orientation of the terminating wires of electronic components projecting through the printed-circuit board is slight, each cutting and bending unit (9; 10) contains a cutting jaw (24; 26) and a bending jaw (25; 27); the cutting jaw (26) and bending jaw (27) of the further unit (10) are arranged opposite the respectively corresponding jaw (24; 25) of the first unit (9). <IMAGE>
