The object of the present invention is to combine a tail loading system, on a three-axled trailer chassis corresponding to the current state of the art, with a forward-unloading refuse superstructure so that the latter is hydraulically pivoted to the right or left for the purposes of unloading, so that the tail loading system can operate with minimum effort in order to lighten the weight of the superstructure and hence increase the payload and uniform loading of all axles of the vehicle and thus increase the cost-effectiveness of refuse removal. The novel tail loading system makes it possible, in a manner proof against accident, to load the refuse container at the rear, to compress the refuse forwards, and to unload it forwards and to the right or forwards and to the left at the unloading point in an advantageous manner without reversing.
