In vitro culture of T-lymphocytes, preferably (non)modified T-lymphocytes penetrating tumors, from tumor or blood sample obtained from tumor patient, comprises emergence stage of T-lymphocytes contained in the tumor or blood sample, stimulation step of the obtained T-lymphocytes from the emergence stage and amplification step of the stimulated T-lymphocytes, where the stimulation is carried out in a closed compartmented culture recipient. An independent claim is included for an anti-tumor pharmaceutical composition, comprising the T-lymphocytes as active agent obtained by the process.
