<p>PURPOSE:To define the entire area of a picture display part containing a coordinate input tablet part at the front area as an effective area used for coordinate input, by separating the coordinate input tablet part from a command input tablet part. CONSTITUTION:A coordinate input tablet part 4 is provided at the front area of a picture display screen part 2a. While a command input tablet part 6 connected to the part 4 via an electrode connecting part 16 is provided at the different position from the part 4. Then the voltage or current is supplied and scanned through common drive parts 20 and 22 to both parts 4 and 6. The detection output corresponding to the voltage or current supplied through the supply and scan of the voltage or current done by the drive parts is obtained by a detecting means 32 set on the part 4 or 6. Then said detection output is supplied to a data forming part 38 and the data corresponding to each position is obtained.</p> |
