FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: fireproof paste includes filler comprised by quartz-pyrophyllite slates baked at 1200C, of the following fraction composition: 20-30% of 500-1000 mcm fraction, 30-40% of 200-500 mcm fraction, 30-40% of fraction under 200 mcm, -Al2O3 of 3-6 mcm dispersion (or its mix with fine-ground pyrophyllite at the ratio of 1:1) and aluminium-chromium-phosphate binder (ACPB) at the following component ratio, wt %: indicated filler - 56-75, ACPB - 8-14, -Al2O3 of 3-6 mcm dispersion or indicated mix is the rest. ^ EFFECT: simplified and cost-saving production of fireproof materials, improved operational properties. ^ 1 tbl, 2 dwg |
