PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent IC card in terms of prevention of crimes by dividing data memory of an IC card into an accessible zone and an inaccessible one in accordance with a user or an using device. CONSTITUTION:An operation is set to an IC card issue mode through a keyboard 12, an IC card 1 is fetched into an IC card read/write part 17, and an IC chip read/write device and a connector 7 of an IC chip in the IC card 1 are electrically connected. Thus a CPU11 guides a zone definition parameter by a CRT display device 13, and operator sequentially inputs various parameters through the keyboard 12. The signal in correspondence to the input is supplied to a CPU3 from the CPU11 through the IC chip read/write device, the connector 7 and an interface circuit 6. Then the CPU3 stores the data in a corresponding memory area in a zone access control memory 5. Memory designation of a pass word number is designated through the keyboard 12. |
