PURPOSE:To prevent a pulse motor from becoming out of tune, by a method wherein an external interruption is generated after setting a line-feeding pulse and the period of time required for processing the interruption is longer than the residual pulse set period, the interruption is inhibited, in the control of line feeding of a paper. CONSTITUTION:A driving pulse from an MPU is set on a counter 1, an output from the counter 1 is divided and inputted into a comparator 11, and when a down-counted value from a preset value is larger than a presert time value, ''0'' is outputted, while on the other hand, when the down-counted value is not larger than the presert time value, ''1'' is outputted, thereby opening or closing a gate 13. Then, a hammer timing voltage PSE for a printer which is inputted through an OR gate 12 permits or inhibits the inputting of other interruption signal (d) into an interruption-processing circuit 14. Accordingly, pulses *PVA, *PVB supplied to the pulse motor can hold a predetermined timing, and the pulse motor can be prevented from becoming out of tune or other trouble. |
