PURPOSE:To eliminate the rotation of a rotor due to the vibration of an engine when a motor is stopped by providing the second stator core which is made of a magnetic material and is not affected by the influence of an exciting coil. CONSTITUTION:The second stator core 100 made of a magnetic material is provided between stator cores 15 and 15'. The core 100 is not affected by the influence of the magnetization of exciting coils 17, 17'. The teeth of the cores 15, 15' become mere iron pawls at stopping time or deenergizing time, the second core 100 is similar, and a magnetic circuit is frormed by the cores 15, 15' and the core 100 by the magnetomotive force of a permanent magnet 5. A detent torque is formed by combining a torque generated from the relationship between the stators 15, 15' and the permanent magnet 5 and a torque generated from the relationship between the core 100 and the magnet 5, and a rotor 4 is held by a large holding force. |
