<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality laminated molded material which prevents generation of voids and is precise in registration of both first and second molded materials, by performing polymerization joining of both the molded materials under vacuum suction in succession to compression molding of both the molded materials. CONSTITUTION:Generation of voids in first and second molded materials m1, m2 is prevented by so constituting the titled manufacture that air is not involved into flowing molding materials COM1, COM2 by applying vacuum suction to cavities c1, c2 by actuating a vacuum pump 24 at the time of compression molding. A directional control valve 27 is changed over to a blower 28 side by suspending actuation of the vacuum pump 24, a mold clamping state is maintained until both the molded materials m1, m2 become semi-cured, pressurized air is injected into the cavities c1, c2 through an airtight chamber 22 and each of air vent holes 26 of an intermediate mold 13 and the first and second molded materials m1, m2 are released from the intermediate mold 13 by this pressing action. Both the molded materials m1, m2 are made to polymerize precisely and high-quality laminated molded product having no generation of voids is obtained by performing clamping of top and bottom froces 11, 12, again after separation of the intermediate mold 13 within a guide frame 11.</p> |
