<p>An implement for milking animals (1), such as cows, comprising at least a milking parlour and a milking machine (14) and being provided with at least one teat cup (15) connectable to a teat (17) of the animal. Thw teat cup (15) is provided with a cleaning device (16) which is positioned substantially symmetrically around the centreline of the teat cup (15). Cleaning liquid or air may be supplied to the cleaning device through the milk tube. The teat cup (15) and the ctean- ing device (16) may be movable with respect to each other, so that the cleaning operation and the milking operation can be performed subsequently. The cleaning device (16) may comprise a rotary brush (23).</p> |
