A centrifugal casting apparatus for molding a hollow block for prefabricated berth facility is provided to allow energy to be efficiently transferred to upper and lower molds by continuously circulating fluid through fluid passages of the upper and lower molds. A centrifugal casting apparatus(100) for molding a hollow block for prefabricated berth facility comprises upper and lower molds(10,12) and a rotary casing(40). The upper and lower molds rotate in an X-axis direction by power of a first motor(24) to rotate material. The rotary casing is positioned at the outside of the upper and lower molds to rotate the positioned at the outside of in a Y-axis direction by power of a second motor(52). The rotary casing has a fluid introduction space(42) for receiving external heating medium and refrigerant and a fluid discharge space(44) separated from the fluid introduction space by a partition(46). The upper and lower molds have a dual structure including internal and external housings.
