A percutaneous pharmaceutical preparation for external use containing N-ethoxycarbonyl-3-morpholinosydnonimine (molsidomine) and an absorption promoter selected from the group consisting of aliphatic monoalcohols of 10 to 22 carbon atoms, aliphatic monoamides of 7 to 17 carbon atoms and aliphatic monoamines of 10 to 16 carbon atoms gives a high blood concentration of molsidomine over a long time period when applied onto the human skin.
