A ceiling finishing structure is provided to cut down on the labor cost and the cost by finishing a ceiling with a stretch sheet easily and excluding a joining work, to shorten the manufacturing cost of a stretch sheet, to improve workability by moving a torsion spring freely when changing the location of a sheet panel, and to prevent the damage of a stretch sheet. A ceiling finishing structure formed by connecting a plurality of partition frames(200) to a base frame(100) installed horizontally along the inside of a wall(W) and portioning off a ceiling into a plurality of partition spaces(S), and connecting a sheet panel(400) fixed with a stretch sheet for finishing the partition space to each frame, wherein a coupling groove provided with a hanging projection is formed on the outside of the sheet panel, and a molding cover provided with an elastic hook is included to hook to the hanging projection of the coupling groove elastically to fix the edge of the stretch sheet arranged along the coupling groove.
