UNIFORM LINE BEAM GENERATOR WITH MULTI-REFLECTION

摘要

A line beam generator using a multi-reflective mirror method is provided to reduce a speckle by combining the light without coherence by elongating distance difference between reflective light than the interference distance of the optical source. A line beam generator is composed of a total reflection mirror(330) and a semi-permeable mirror(340). The total reflection mirror and the semi-permeable mirror are parallel. A part of the incident light from the optical source is reflected in the semi-transmissible mirror and the remaining light is transmitted to form the line beam. The total reflection mirror reflects the light reflected from the semi-transmissible mirror to the semi-transmissible mirror.
