The beam has elastic hinges, where each hinge includes a vertical joint (1) folded to an elastic and resistant product. The joint is reinforced on vertical surfaces of the beam by a cable (2) passing on pulleys (3) of a traversing axle (4). The cable has a continuous belt recovered in a looping case (5) fixed in the beam in a compressed concrete zone. The cable has quadrilateral form whose two opposed sides (6) are perpendicular to a plane of the joint and the other sides pass to a half-height point of the joint. Angle bars (8) protect horizontal edges of the joint in the zone.
