PURPOSE:To enable sufficient exhaust of oil smoke through the working of a small exhaust fan without occupying a space in the rear of a cooking tool, by a method wherein a curved part, curved upward, is placed to the forward end of an eaves atached to the upper part of a suction part. CONSTITUTION:An eaves 46, attched to the upper part of a suction port 41, is overhung from the front wall of a duct 38, and the forward end thereof is curved upward to form a curved part 46a. The open air, sucked from the outdoors through an ellbow 27 for feed air through rotation of a feed air fan 22, is blown out downward through an exhaust port 32 of a switch case, are collides with the eaves 46 having the curved part 46a to be curved in the direction of an arrow mark for flow. The curved flow of the air wraps a part of oil smoke leaking through the suction port 41 to prevent rising of the oil smoke. Further, the oil smoke is rotated by means of the curved part 46a. This causes sucking of all oil smoke through the suction port 41. This enables effective utilization of a space in the rear of a cooling tool. |
