PURPOSE:To extract a pulse from an output while the pulse width of the input signal is amplified by selecting properly the mutual conductance of a P-channel MOSFET and an N-channel MOSFET of a CMOS inverter of each stage. CONSTITUTION:The mutual conductance gmN of the N-channel MOSFET is selected larger than the mutual conductance gmP of the P-channel MOSFET in the CMOS inverters 4A, 4C of an odd number stage (1st and 3rd stages) and the mutual conductance gmP is selected larger than the mutual conductance gmN in even order stage (2nd and 4th stages) CMOS inverters 4B, 4D. Thus, an output signal MA having a wider pulse width than the pulse width of the input signal A is obtained. |
