NEW MATERIAL:A TCNQ (7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane) complex shown by the formula [x=0.1-0.9; D1<+> and D2<+> are cations two nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds selected from 18 nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound derivative such as isoquinoline derivative, quinoline derivative, pyridine derivative, picoline derivative, pyridazine derivative, etc.] comprising TCNQ anionic radical and a neutral TCNQ as constituent components. USE:Applicable to highly functional conductive molecular membrane, nonlinear optical material, analytical element and organism element, design of highly orderly molecular aggregate, solid electrolyte for electrolytic condenser and cell, etc. PREPARATION:Two complexes comprising nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds and TCNQ are dissolved in a given ratio under heating in an organic solvent capable of dissolving the complexes and recrystallizing at least one complex and the complex is precipitated in the solvent. |
