摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten the dipping time and suppress the draining of dipping water at the same time, by flattening raw material soybeans, dipping the flattened soybeans and boiling the flattened soybeans with the dipping water without discarding the dipping water. CONSTITUTION:Raw material soybeans are polished by a polisher 1 and then flattened by flatteners 3. The flattened soybeans are directly and continuously charged into dipping tanks 4 rotating intermittently in cycle in a short time and then boiled with the dipping water in boiling vessels 6 without discarding the dipping water in the dipping tanks 4. Thus, dipping water including washing water of the tanks 4 is wholly utilized, and soybean milk having a high nutritive value and good flavor is obtained without loss of soluble useful components from the soybeans in the dipping water. Since the soybean can be produced in a short time, planned production can surely be carried out to eliminate waste.
