Controllable broadband amplifier circuit

Broadband amplifier circuits which contain a plurality of differential amplifiers connected in parallel, and with different amplification factors, are described. The amplification factor of the broadband amplifier circuit can be set electrically within a wide range, by appropriate distribution of the current supplied by a constant current source 1 to the individual differential amplifiers. The broadband amplifier circuit is suitable as a controllable amplifier in a regulator circuit, to gain an amplitude-stabilised output signal from a strongly oscillating input signal. <IMAGE>
