The case (2) has a solar panel (5) situated on an external surface of the case to capture light energy produced by the sun, where the case is in the form of a cable support sleeve (4) made of textile material. A regulator (6) is electrically connected to the panel and located inside the case. Electrical connection unit connects the regulator to a charge terminal of a battery of a portable cellular phone (1). The unit has a connection cable (8) with a universal end (9) receiving a removable termination (10), where the case is adapted for matching contours of the phone during usage of the case.
