This shelving is formed by a plate consisting of a series of elements articulated to one another, for example grids 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d, connected together by articulation pins 28, 32. Each grid comprises a guiding crossmember 25 which extends as far as the slots 34 of two slide rails 26 fixed to the uprights of the lateral side walls of the carriage, these slots being terminated at each end by a locking notch.
