The invention relates to a device for packaging a disk carrying a recording on at least one of its faces. The device consists of a square sleeve 1 and a rectangular half-sleeve 12 which fits into the sleeve 1, inside which sleeves is delimited the space for housing a disk 13, and which sleeves are provided with circular openings 11 and 16 enabling the titles printed on the central label of the disk 13 to be read when sealed, also enabling the half-sleeve 12 to be placed with the disk 13 which it contains onto the table of a playing apparatus without having to touch it with the fingers, and thus enabling the disk to be protected. <IMAGE>
