The first object of invention is a multilayer polyethylene film for palletizing loads on pallets, which consists of main layer and contains linear polyethylene as a basic component and, at least, one layer of adhesive material incompatible with linear polyethylene. The film additionally has the second main layer and four layers of lateral edge, which are located along both sides of the film; in the case multilayer polyethylene film is made in the form of a sleeve. The layers of lateral edge are formed by mechanical connection lengthwise of part of polyethylene sleeve towards each other. The lateral edge has the width of 30- with the thickness of each layer of 4-7 μm. The second object of invention is a method of producing the multilayer polyethylene film for palletizing loads on the pallets by the method of extrusion with blowing, which includes extrusion of linear polyethylene with components through radial clearance in vertical direction with formation of polyethylene sleeve, blowing thereof with subsequent folding and cooling. Folding of the polyethylene sleeve is carried out simultaneously with its partial connection lengthwise towards each other in such a way that two main layers and four lateral layers are formed. The lateral layers form the lateral edge, which has the width of 30- with the thickness of each layer of 4-7 μm. |
