In this process, a solution is prepared containing at least one lipophilic active principle, lecithin or another phospholipid whose phase transition temperature is below room temperature, at least one preservative and at least one water-miscible organic solvent (or a solvent/water mixture) which is non-toxic when administered intravenously and in which the other compounds are soluble.
