<p>1. Material in the general form of a sheet more especially intended for the packaging of a food product of the cheese type, sensitive to moisture, consisting of at least one layer of a base sheet and at least one water-retaining substance, closely attached to the base sheet by means of attachment, characterised by the fact that the substance constituting the base sheet is selected from a group formed by paper, cellulose films, recycled pure cellulose, polymers, in particular polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and polyester, and by the fact that the water-retaining substance consists of a water-retaining resin selected from a group formed by polyacrylonitriles or acrylonitrilebased copolymers, treated with aqueous alkaline solutions of aliphatic or mono or polyfunctional cycloaliphatic alcohols with a melting point equal to or greater than 110 degrees C.</p> |
