PURPOSE:To detect easily the fitting state of a charger wire by loading an auxiliary body having plural electrodes in insulated states each other so that it can be pulled out, instead of an electrostatic charged body and connecting an electrostatic charge amount measuring means between each electrode and the earth terminal of a unit. CONSTITUTION:The auxiliary body is an oblong body having length in an axial direction approximately the same as the electrostatic charged body loaded on the unit and the same diameter as said body. By interposing insulating bodies 10 on both ends in the axial direction and in the center, two electrodes 5 are formed, which are insulated each other. Then the electrostatic charge amount measuring instrument 11 is connected between each electrode 5 and the earth point of the unit. As a result the electrostatic charge amount in each electrode 5 can be measured by the electrostatic charge amount measuring instrument 11 in the state where an DC high voltage is impressed on the charger wire 2. Accordingly the fitting state of the charger wire 2 can be discriminated to be normal or not according as the electrostatic charge amount measured by said measuring instrument 11 is equal or not.
