A paper feeding apparatus of a paper folding machine is provided to move letter paper easily by attaching a roller on a bottom plate and to decline electrical energy consumption by operating the folding machine under certain restriction. A paper feeding apparatus supplies letter paper discharged from an outlet of a printer to a folding machine. The paper feeding apparatus includes a cover plate(8), a guide plate(10), a guide roller(9), and a photo-sensor. The cover plate is supported on both sides of a bottom plate of an inlet side on a main body pivotally. The guide plate is installed on an outlet side. The guide roller is installed on the bottom plate pivotally. The photo-sensor installed on the inlet side of the bottom plate, is connected on sources of electricity of the folding machine.
