TELEPHONE SET WITH TELEVISION FUNCTION

PURPOSE:To listen to information of a television radio wave optionally through a cordless telephone set by incorporating the base part and control part of the telephone set in a television receiver and controlling the television receiver from the handset of the cordless telephone or a telephone circuit. CONSTITUTION:The base part of the cordless telephone set is incorporated in the television receiver 10 and interior telephone circuit 7. The handset 20 which is connected to the base part of the telephone receiver 10 by an antenna 14 on wireless basis and also connected to an external telephone circuit and the sound circuit of the television selectively is engaged with the hook part 8 of the television receiver 10 and when there is an external call from the telephone circuit 7, the base part in the television receiver 10 operates to output a call tone. Therefore, a user puts the handset 10 off the hook and talks with an external subscriber similarly to a normal cordless telephone set.
