<p>PURPOSE:To simplify power supply circuit provided no separate DC power source, by producing DC voltages with a specific relation from a high frequency voltage and outputting a voltage heaping up the both DC voltages. CONSTITUTION:By feeding a control signal VC to a high frequency generator 4 to make a standard voltage VIN from outside equal to a detected voltage VREP through a high frequency detecting circuit 1 in a comparator 5, the control signal VC is transformed through a high frequency transformer 3 into a specific high frequency voltage + or -Vcosomegat, and fed to a quadrupole mass analyzer. And, voltage U+Vcosomegat is divided by capacitors C1 and C2, and controlled by diodes D1 and D2, which form a DC voltage generating circuit, to make the DC voltages +U1 and -U2 produced at the both ends of capacitors C2 and C3 in a propor tional relation. Therefore, the DC voltages + or -U of the voltages to feed to the analyzer + or -(U+Vcosomegat) are produced automatically from the high frequency voltages + or -Vcosomegat, kept in a specific relation, and moreover, produced in a heaped up condition.</p> |
