PURPOSE:To saw an object without causing burr by making two notch lines previously on the outer face of object. CONSTITUTION:Two V-notch lines are previously etched in the outerface of material 11 by means of an etching knife 18 in etching machine 17 having two parallel cutters. Then the saw edge is pushed in while aligning with the center line of two notch lines. Consequently, the surface layer section of sawing material is made thin but since two notched lines are made previously, the notched sections at the opposite sides of the final sawing section are cut by slight pushing force of saw edge 15 and the rotary cutting function, thus to never leave the final saw-off section or the thin section at the outercircumferential section of surface layer of sawing material.
