PURPOSE:To prevent page information already belonging to another group from being doubly grouped at the grouping of information to be stored in each page by defining each page as a member to group the information. CONSTITUTION:At the driving of an information control processor 3, the contents of an information file are loaded to an internal storage device 6, display and printing are executed on the basis of a command, information, etc. from an input device 5 and a group is added or modified. When the page number of a page constituting the member of a group is specified from the input device 5, a CPU 4 reads out the data of the page number concerned in a page map storing area loaded to the storage device 6, and if the data is 00H, decides that the data are not grouped. When the data is number other than 00H, decides that information has been divided into a group corresponding to the number and displays the group on a display device 8. Thereby, the CPU 4 can act as a means for deciding whether the information in each page has been grouped or not.
