PURPOSE:To obtain a grindstone which is thin and possesses a high strength and is made from the complicated combination of the electrode parts and the insulation parts by coating the dispersed liquids used for the electrode parts and the insulation parts onto each substrate. CONSTITUTION:The conductive resinoid grindstone material powder and the nonconductive resinoid grindstone material powder are dispersed into the respec tive liquids, and the dispersed liquids of the resinoid grindstone material powder are formed. These dispersed liquids are applied onto a stainless substrate through screen printing, etc., and the pattern made of resinoid grindstone mate rial powder is formed so that the conductive grindstone part (insulation part) 2 are formed alternately. The substrate on which the pattern is formed is heating-molded, and removed from the basic substrate, and thus a resinoid segment grindstone 3 consisting of the electrode part 1 and the insulation part 2 in a prescribed pattern can be obtained.
