PURPOSE:To provide sure transportation of thin and long magnetic parts by arranging a magnet assembly, which is capable of reciprocating along a saw- teeth shaped guide path, in such a way that the surfaces of assembly bearing different polarities are situated apart in the width direction of the guide path, and thereby detaining each magnetic object with the teeth surely. CONSTITUTION:A moving part 56 of a magnet assembly is supported by rails 62, 68 and a bearing 66 in such a way as capable of reciprocating and includes a plurality of permanent magnets 72 arranged at a certain spacing in longitudinal direction and yokes 70 stretching in the width direction on a coupling 58 moving during reciprocation while deformed elastically. When the moving part 56 makes reciprocation, the magnetically acting range of a magnet 52 consisting of a plurality of permanent magnets 72 and yokes 70 will pass at least one of the steps 38 of a transport guide path to transport magnetic objects to the next step, and during retraction, the object is detained with step 38. Thus transportation is conducted through this reciprocation one after another. At this time, a thin and long object is oriented in the width direction of guide path to assure easy detention with the step 38, whereby sure transportation is accomplished. |
