PURPOSE:To eliminate a variation of a resonance frequency due to a variation in a load by suitably deciding the relationship between the first and second inductance elements connected in series and in parallel with a switching element and the third inductance element connected in series with the load. CONSTITUTION:A switching element 3 and the first inductance element 2 are connected in series with a DC power source 1, and a series circuit of the first capacitor 4 and the second inductance element 5, the second condenser 6 and a diode 7 are connected in parallel with the element 3. The third inductance element 9 is connected in series with a load 8. The drive frequency of the element 3 is brought into coincidence with the resonance frequency decided by the combined capacitance of the first and second capacitors 4, 6, and the combined inductance of the first and third inductance elements 2, 9 is set to a value larger than the inductance of the element 5.
