PURPOSE:To make the rate of temperature variation of hot water controlled by a hot-water control means equal in any condition of capacity by causing a gas flow control valve to operate independently of a link mechanism, and providing an operating element to set said control valve at a predetermined throttling state independently of an operating element of a hot water temperature control means. CONSTITUTION:The link mechanism is such that a gas flow control valve 11 and a water flow control valve 21 as well are energized in the direction of full open by means of a spring so that levers 51 and 52, provided between rollers of a slide lever 53 and said control valves, move in response to the action of said slide lever in such a direction as to throttle these control valves. As an operating means 3 a push button means 30 is provided at a free end of the lever 51. With a button 32 pushed in, the operating range of an output shaft 31 is set so that the gas flow control valve 11 will be set in a state of maximum throttling, or minimum flow, resulting in a gas flow e. When such a setting is released, the gas flow rate will become E. As to the hot water temperature, the rate of temperature variation of hot water for manipulated variable in the case of maximum capacity G and minimum capacity g, is equal except at the horizontal part.
