The invention relates to an apparatus supporting the hindquarters of a sick or paralysed dog, so that he may move about. This carriage consists of a frame 1 adjustable according to size, supported by a set of 6 wheels 3, making it possible to get over a pavement, threshold or step by the mechanism tilting around the main axle. The hindquarters of the dog are supported by the carriage by means of padded rings 8 receiving the thighs. Straps 2 encircle the body of the animal, thus allowing harnessing to the stretcher arms 5.
