<p>PURPOSE:To easily and exactly position a photomask against the substrate by not forming a color filter film forming agent at the part of a positioning mark of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:The positioning mark parts 2, 3 are attached the positioning marks 2A, 2B, 2C, 3A, 3B and 3C with a metallic film at the right and upper part and the left and down part of a transparent substrate 1. A water repellent agent 4 is coated on the prescribed positioning mark parts. One of the colors such as a blue color photocurable coloring film forming agent 5 is coated on the substrate 1. As the positioning mark parts 2, 3 is precoated with the water repellent agent 4, the film forming agent 5 does not stick on the positioning, mark parts 2, 3. The substrate is pattern-exposed through a photomask 6. Thus, as the positioning mark parts 2, 3 is not coated with the film forming agent 5, the positioning of the photomask against the substrate is easily and exactly effected. And then, the photomask is developed, thereby forming the blue colored filter 7. By repeating the prescribed steps, the multiple colored filter is formed.</p> |
