PURPOSE:To provide the ventilating fan automatic operation device effecting switching between normal ventilating operation and heat exchanging type ventilating operation automatically in accordance with indoor temperature and outdoor temperature by a method wherein a control circuit, deciding a temperature detected by a thermistor to effect ON/OFF of exciting current for the coil of a relay, is provided in the titled device. CONSTITUTION:The system of the titled device is constituted so that the output of a converter IC 27 becomes a low level when the outdoor temperature is lower than a reference temperature (10 deg.C for example). When the atmospheric temperature is low, a damper driving unit 15 is not operated regardless of the indoor temperature or the value of resistance of the thermistor 32 and the heat exchanging type ventilating operation is effected in spite of the indoor temperature. When the atmospheric temperature is higher than a certain temperature (10 deg.C for example), the output of a comparator IC 27 is put OFF, therefore, the input terminal voltage of the comparator IC 34 is determined by the divided voltages of resistors 31, 32. When the terminal voltage is converted into a temperature and is set so as to correspond to the temperature of 25 deg.C, the heat exchanging type ventilating operation is effected when the indoor temperature, detected by the thermistor 30, is lower than 25 deg.C while the damper driving unit 15 is operated and the normal ventilating operation may be effected when the indoor temperature becomes higher than 25 deg.C. |
