<p>PURPOSE:To automatically switch between water level control operation and power control operation by providing upper and lower limit water level controllers, and providing a variable limiter at the output side of the lower limit controller. CONSTITUTION:When water level rises so as to exceed the set water level Hh of an upper limit water water level setter 9, the output of an upper limit water level controller 20 is added by an adder 23 to the output of a power setter 1. When a regulation pot level continuously rises, the output increases according to a water level regulation rate, and when the water level arrives at Hz, it becomes rated output. Then, when the water level falls to become the set water level Hh or lower, the output of the controller 20 is eliminated, and power control operation occurs by the set power P1 of the setter 1. When the level further falls, the output of a lower limit water level controller 11 decreases to become the limit value or lower by a limiter 21, the opening of an opening controller 3 decreases to reduce the output of a water turbine generator 5.</p> |
