PURPOSE:To permit to shorten necessary time for regulating work remarkably as well as to facilitate and ensure the pressure difference regulation of a pressure difference control chamber by a method wherein a mimic resistance device is arranged in the exhaust duct of the pressure difference control chamber for a chamber, in which a negative pressure is to be kept, and the same is arranged in the air supplying duct of the pressure difference control chamber for a chamber, in which a positive pressure is to be kept, to effect regulations of airflow amount and air stream of all of the chambers, then, the mimic resistance device is removed and the pressure difference regulation of the pressure difference control chamber is effected subsequently. CONSTITUTION:The dummy resistance device is mounted in the air supplying port 7 of the chamber 3a, in which positive pressure is to be kept, and the exhaust port 11 of the chamber 3f, in which negative pressure is to be kept. The regulations of airflow amount and air stream of respective chambers are effected by regulating the airflow amount regulating dampers of the air supplying and exhaust ducts 6, 10 and the air supplying and exhaust ports 7, 11. According to this method, the regulations of airflow amount and air stream in a reactor building 1. When the mimic resistance device 13, arranged in the air supplying port 7, is removed and the airflow amounts of the exhaust port 11 and the air supplying port 7 are regulated again, the pressure difference between inside and outside of the chamber 3a may be kept in a specified value. When the dummy resistance device 13 is removed and the airflow amounts of the air supplying port 7 and the exhaust port 11 are regulated again, the pressure difference between inside and outside of the chamber 3f may be kept in a specified value.
