PURPOSE:To set accurately and easily the mutual optical precision of a pair of right and left reflector retaining mechanisms, by fitting the end portions of laser tubes in the reflector retaining mechanisms and by mounting retaining members provided with laser beam reflectors on flat retaining plates so that the optical axes of the optical guides thereof are perpendicular to the plates. CONSTITUTION:A pair of reflector retaining mechanisms 15 and 16 are mounted on the opposite ends of a supporting mechanism 14 respectively in such a manner that fitting holes 20 and 37 provided in retaining plates 22 and 33 respectively are put on fitting shafts 18a and 18b respectively and that nuts 59a and 59b are screwed tightly so that the retaining plates 22 and 33 are superposed with pressure on the top surfaces of end members 19a and 19b respectively, and two laser tubes 12 and 13 are held between opposite fitting concavities 23 and 45a and between 29 and 46a respectively, whereby a laser oscillator A is constructed. The laser oscillator A for operation thus constructed is supported horizontally on a mounting plate 2 by holding a shaft rod 17 between the respective projections 9a of supporting members 7 and 8 and fixing plates 11 and by supporting the laser tubes 12 and 13 on the shoulders of the supporting members 7 and 8 with supporting pieces 60 interposed therebetween. In addition, the respective right angle of reflectors 25 and 31 to the optical axes of the laser tubes 12 and 13 can be adjusted by operating an adjusting screw rod 36 to tilt flange pieces 24 and 30. |
