PURPOSE:To improve the strength of whole rotary device without increasing its thickness and to adjust the position relation between a magnet and stator winding finely by fixing a reinforcing plate made of a nonmagnetic material which is nearly as thick as the stator winding and has a hole part for storing the stator winding to a stator flat plate. CONSTITUTION:Ball bearings 35 and 36 are pressed in the upper part 33a and lower part 33b of a lens barrel 33 and rotating shafts 38 and 39 are fitted rotatably in the ball bearings 35 and 36 from above and below the 1st frame 37. Further, a ring-shaped magnet 41 which is magnetized as required is fixed to the lower part 33b of the lens barrel 33 across a back plate 40 made of a magnetic material. The stator winding 43 is adhered to the stator flat plate 42 which has winding 42b on a surface facing the magnet 41 at the lower part 37a of the 1st frame 37 opposite the magnet 41 and hole parts 37b-37e where the stator winding 43 is put are formed in the lower part 37a of the 1st frame 37.
