摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the utilization efficiency of a source voltage by providing the 3rd transistor (TR) which has its emitter connected to the emitter of an output TR and is supplied at its base with part of a current from a current source, the 4th TR connected thereto, and the 5th TR which supplied its collector current to the bases of the output TR and the 2nd TR. CONSTITUTION:Transistors 2 and 7 are mirror-connected, so the both are equal in emitter current density; when the emitter area of the TR 2 is set, for example, five times as large as that of the TR 7, a current one-fifth as large as the emitter current of the TR 2 is the emitter current of the TR 7. Therefore, a supply current from the current source 6 and the absorption current of the TR 7 become settled while balanced. A loss voltage is the sum of the forward base-emitter voltage of the TR 2 and the saturated voltage between the collector and emitter of a TR 10 or the sum of the forward base-emitter voltage of a TR 8 and the voltage drop across the current source 6 and the former is larger, so that the loss voltage is >=2/3 time as large as that of a conventional circuit.
