发明名称 PRODUCTION OF ANTISTATIC POLYESTER FIBER
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a polyester fiber exhibiting sufficiently high antistatic effect with only a small amount of additive, by adding a polyoxyalkylene glycol and an ionic antistatic agent to a polymer, and melt-spinning the mixture through a particular nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A polyester fiber having a connected hollow part extending along the longitudinal direction of the fiber at a hollow ratio of <=15% is impregnated with <=3wt% (based on the fiber) polyoxyethylene glycol and an ionic antistatic agent to obtain an antistatic polyester fiber containing the former component dispersed in the circumferential part of the hollow in high concentration. The fiber is produced by using a melt-spinning nozzle having the following structure. The slits 1 are arranged in a manner to form a closed loop. The width W of the slit 1 is >=0.05mm. The circumferential length l of the circle inscribed to the center line C of the slit 1 is >=2.5mm. The ratio of the circumferential length l to the width W of the circle (l/W) is 14.0-27.0.
