A method for increase of wear-resistance of cutting tool by change of physicomechanical properties of surface layer of tool material of working surface of tool comprises the degreasing in organic solvent, pickling in solution of hydrochloric and sulfuric acids, washing in water, which contains corrosion inhibitor, application of nickel-phosphorus surface on working surface of tool, washing by water, drying and heat treatment. Nickel-phosphorus coating is applied on working surface of a tool by chemical deposition in water solution, which contains chloride nickel, sodium hypophosphite, sodium acetic and iodide potassium. |
