A method for assessing the psychophysiological characteristics for estimating the level of the special fitness of the sportsmen in party games comprises producing the images in the display of the monitor of personal computer presented as the tests or the rules for the tactic or game patterns. Each test is demonstrated for a specified time. The number of correct responses is recorded. The results are expressed as the percentage of the correct responses being characteristic of the special fitness of the sportsmen using the scale for the assessment.
